Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21,2026

Application and Developer Information

The provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy are applicable solely to GlamSynth, a mobile application accessible via Google Play. This application is created, held, and managed by Rugvedha Technologies Private Limited, which is the entity referred to throughout this document as "we," "our," or "us." For users who have installed GlamSynth from Google Play, this policy dictates the terms under which your data is gathered, utilized, retained, and shared during your engagement with the application.

Workflow Outline

  1. Users supply images and select their preferred style template.
  2. The system generates a customized version of the generation model by training it on the supplied images.
  3. Once training is done, the system produces a personalized character image.
  4. After the character is delivered, both the supplied images and the trained model version are erased from our servers. Please note that avatar generation must follow certain restrictions---for example, inappropriate imagery such as explicit visuals or images of others without proper permission is strictly prohibited.
  5. Your data is never utilized for broad system training or for the creation of separate AI products.

On-Demand Remote Operations

GlamSynth offers various AI-supported tools---including adjustments, improvements, and visual generation---via protected cloud infrastructure. Remote execution is activated exclusively when you deliberately engage a function that depends on backend servers.

Activation-Based Transmission

Media content---such as pictures, video files, or other materials---is forwarded to our secure infrastructure solely after you have explicitly chosen a server-dependent tool and actively started the process. The application never transfers your files automatically, in the background, or without your clear involvement. Before any transfer occurs, the interface displays a visible notice indicating that off-device handling will be used.

Storage and Disposal

Submitted media is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill your active request. Upon completion, both the original files and any output produced are automatically and permanently wiped within 72 hours. Rugvedha Technologies Private Limited does not maintain duplicate copies of your media, nor does it employ your content for promotional efforts, system learning, behavioral assessment, or any other disconnected activities.

Protection Measures

All file transfers---both incoming and outgoing---are secured using TLS encryption, which follows widely accepted industry standards. Access to uploaded materials is restricted solely to the automated pipelines and essential backend components required to fulfill your request.

Content Feedback

We aim to keep the AI system's behavior within reasonable bounds. Nonetheless, you may still come across material that does not align with your personal preferences. Should you encounter anything that appears offensive or unfitting, please notify us at rugvedhaofficial@gmail.com. We will address your report without delay, and your input will also assist us in gradually enhancing the algorithm.

Data We Collect

  1. Activity Records -- We may gather information regarding your engagement with our platform---such as pages viewed, selections made, content retrieved, items reposted, edits applied to footage, and any other inputs you supply. This assists us in offering the platform's capabilities to you.
  2. Device and Operational Logs -- To promote stable functioning, safeguard accounts, enhance experience, support communications, and enable promotional efforts, we collect certain technical parameters whenever you connect. These include handset identifiers, GAID, hardware type, locale and country settings, ad token, OS version, IP address, build number, access method, transmission metrics, and activity logs.
  3. Correspondence and Support Data -- When you contact us for assistance or to share opinions, we collect the content and attachments you submit, along with your reachable addresses (such as phone or email), so we can respond and provide help.
  4. Facial Feature Detection -- When you use editing or compositing functions involving faces, we scan facial positions and shapes to derive the information needed for image manipulation. The final visuals are then returned to you. We do not retain source images, footage, facial measurements, or finished outputs, nor do we share them with any outside party. This activity is limited to enabling the feature and improving result quality. If your work includes another person's likeness, you must inform them and secure their approval.
  5. Remote Execution -- To enable prompt and precise media handling, we may temporarily forward your files or descriptive markers to a cloud environment for effect generation. These transfers are restricted to the specific operation you have initiated. We do not hold onto the files, markers, or associated records beyond the required timeframe, nor do we repurpose them or disclose them to third parties.

Device Access Requests

When introducing supplemental capabilities, we may ask for specific system-level authorizations on your hardware, with the goal of delivering enhanced offerings, streamlined operations, and a more refined user journey. Subject to your explicit agreement and in accordance with a least-privilege approach, we may utilize the access rights listed below, along with the data they provide.

  1. Read/Write External Storage Permission -- Used to read from and write to your device's external memory card for video editing purposes.
  2. Camera Permission -- Allows you to take photos and record videos within the app.
  3. Network Access Permission -- Enables various online services, such as accessing and downloading materials.

The information associated with these permissions is regarded as confidential. Refusing any one of them merely limits your access to the particular feature that depends on it---other areas of the application remain fully available. You may check the current status of each permission at any moment via your device's system preferences, and you are free to turn them on or off as you see fit.

Please understand that by granting a permission, you are allowing us to handle the related personal data exclusively for operating that specific feature. Should you later revoke that permission, your prior consent is effectively withdrawn, and we will discontinue all processing tied to it from that point onward. However, any collection or usage that took place while the permission was active will not be affected.

Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

GlamSynth incorporates various third-party software components (SDKs) to enable essential functionality, support performance measurement, and facilitate in-app transactions. These components may access and handle specific device and activity data as described below. Such operations take place solely after you have given your consent to this Privacy Policy.

  1. AppsFlyer (provided by AppsFlyer Ltd.) -- Tracks acquisition sources, marketing effectiveness, and campaign outcomes. It gathers hardware identifiers (Android ID, GAID), IP addresses, installation referrals, conversion events, and in-app behavior. This helps us understand how users find our app and refine our promotional efforts.
  2. Google Play Billing (Google LLC) -- Manages in-app purchases and subscription renewals. It collects order specifics, transaction logs, and product references. We never store or view your full payment credentials---all financial processing is handled directly through Google Play.
  3. Google Install Referrer (Google LLC) -- Identifies the specific channel that led to your installation. It captures referral data (such as campaign or ad identifiers) along with the installation timestamp, used exclusively for source attribution.
  4. Google Ads Identifier & AppSet ID (Google LLC) -- Provides de-identified tokens for analytical and advertising assessment purposes. It retrieves the AAID and AppSet ID, which you can reset or restrict through your device settings at any time.
  5. Google Sign-In (Google LLC) -- Enables authentication through your Google account. Only upon your explicit login action do we receive basic profile fields---name and email address---from your Google account. No information is obtained passively.
  6. Pure Technical Libraries (No Data Collection) -- The following components serve only internal operational functions: network communication (Retrofit & OkHttp), image rendering (Glide), media streaming (ExoPlayer), preference storage (DataStore), background orchestration (WorkManager), and dependency supply (Hilt). None of these collect, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information.

Analytical Data

We gather and study operational metrics on an ongoing basis to enhance our offering and overall user satisfaction. This information is handled at a consolidated level, enabling us to detect behavioral trends and guide product evolution. These summarized findings may be shared with our affiliates, representatives, and commercial partners for purposes such as research, advancement, and strategic planning. Rest assured, all such records are stripped of identifying markers and cannot be traced back to you or any individual user.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We may use the information you provide, consistent with this policy, to deliver our services or to communicate with you. Specific use cases include the following:

  1. Service Improvement -- Your data supports the creation, operation, delivery, and ongoing refinement of our offerings. By observing how users navigate the platform, we can keep it straightforward and user-friendly.
  2. Protective Functions -- We use your information to uphold account integrity and system security, benefiting all users. This may involve reviewing submitted files for potentially prohibited content. Your data may also contribute to fraud detection, user assistance, and related protective efforts.
  3. Essential Notifications -- Your information enables us to send you important updates---such as account alerts or revisions to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  4. Regulatory Compliance -- We store and handle your information as necessary to fulfill legal obligations. This may include recording, examining, or otherwise processing your data in accordance with applicable laws, including in urgent circumstances.

Your Choices

You may limit data collection by:

Your Data Deletion Rights

You maintain full authority over your personal data while using our application and may remove stored records whenever you choose. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that data elimination is straightforward. You can erase your activity history and other retained information through the app's preferences panel. Additionally, removing the software from your device will automatically clear any locally stored content. Please note that once information is removed, it cannot be recovered. Should you have any questions regarding your deletion entitlements, please contact our support team for assistance.

Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

As is typical across many online platforms, we employ cookies, web beacons, and analogous mechanisms. Cookies are compact data files placed on your storage drive or device memory that retain information about your usage patterns---supporting functions such as identity verification, preference storage, traffic analysis, campaign measurement, and social features. Web beacons are small scripts embedded in web pages or emails that help us track your interaction with that content.

Most browsers are preconfigured to accept cookies. You may modify your browser settings to block or remove them if you prefer. However, doing so may impact the availability and performance of certain features.

We utilize third-party analytics services to monitor traffic and usage trends across our offerings. These tools collect data transmitted from your device or our systems---including pages visited, features used, and other signals---to help us refine our services. This data is aggregated with similar information from other users in a manner that does not reasonably identify any individual.

We also collaborate with external advertising agencies to display promotions across the internet and other media. To evaluate campaign effectiveness and calculate payments, we incorporate third-party components into our applications. These components may also help us gain a better understanding of how users interact with our services.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We store your personal information for a period of 48 months. We may continue to keep and process your data where necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations, settle disputes, or enforce our terms and internal policies.

Additionally, we maintain Usage Data for internal analytical purposes. Such records are generally held for a shorter span, except when they are required to strengthen security, enhance service performance, or when applicable laws demand a longer retention period.

Data Disclosure Policy

We do not sell or lease your personal information to outside parties. The SDKs listed above transmit data exclusively to their respective providers for the intended functions, and we contractually bind them to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Information Sharing Practices

Rugvedha Technologies Private Limiteddoes not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party. We share such data only when it is essential for providing the services you request, operating and maintaining GlamSynth, processing transactions, meeting legal requirements, or protecting our legal rights and system security.

To maintain GlamSynth's essential operations, we partner with a set of carefully vetted external vendors. These parties assist with functions including identity confirmation, transaction handling, usage measurement, source tracking, hosting infrastructure, threat detection, and system oversight.

Each external vendor handles personal data exclusively to carry out the specific tasks we assign to them, consistent with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements. We do not permit these providers to repurpose your information for their own promotional or marketing initiatives.

AI Content Processing

When you choose to upload images, video clips, or other media for AI-based handling, your content is employed exclusively to produce the output you have requested.

Your submissions are never commercialized, sublicensed, or disclosed to outside parties for promotional efforts, behavioral analysis, or broad AI model development. Media is processed solely for your active request and is automatically erased in accordance with the retention timeline outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information only when we believe such disclosure is necessary to:

While we are strongly committed to data protection, please recognize that no internet-based transmission or electronic storage system is completely without risk. Although we apply industry-recognized measures to secure your personal data, absolute security cannot be assured.

Should we detect a security incident affecting your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. By using the Platform, you agree to receive such notifications through electronic means.
